1. Platform Nature (Venue Only)
Restyle Hub is an online peer-to-peer (C2C) listing platform that connects individuals wishing to rent, lend, buy, or sell fashion items.
Restyle Hub acts solely as an introductory venue and is not a party to any rental agreement, sale, payment, dispute, or other transaction between users.
- We do not own or store listed garments.
- We do not inspect, clean, verify, or authenticate items.
- We do not deliver or collect garments.
- We do not process or hold payments.
- Users communicate, negotiate, exchange, and pay each other directly.
2. User Accounts & Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You are responsible for all activities carried out under your account.
- You agree to provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information when registering and creating listings.
3. Transactions, Payments & Fees
Restyle Hub provides listing services free of charge.
- Rental fees, security deposits, refunds, shipping costs, and all other financial arrangements are agreed directly between users.
- Restyle Hub does not collect, receive, hold, or distribute any money on behalf of users.
- We have no control over payment disputes or failed transactions between users.
4. User Conduct & Content
By using Restyle Hub, you agree to use the Platform responsibly and comply with all applicable laws.
- Do not post illegal, misleading, fraudulent, or offensive content.
- Do not upload counterfeit or stolen fashion items.
- Do not infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
- Treat other users respectfully during all communications and transactions.
- Restyle Hub reserves the right to remove listings or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or our community policies.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Restyle Hub, its founders, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:
- User interactions, meetings, or private transactions.
- Loss, theft, damage, or destruction of garments during rentals or sales.
- Personal injury, property damage, or financial loss arising from direct meetings or third-party courier services.
- Fraudulent conduct, failed payments, or unfulfilled rental agreements between users.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
Final Notice
By creating an account or using Restyle Hub, you acknowledge that the Platform serves solely as a venue for connecting users. All decisions regarding listings, negotiations, payments, handovers, rentals, and purchases are made independently by users at their own risk and responsibility.
