When creating a listing on Restyle Hub, you represent that you own or have the necessary rights to use all photos, descriptions, and other content you upload.

• Upload only photographs that you personally own or have permission to use.
• Do not use copyrighted promotional images from fashion brands, retailers, or other websites without permission.
• Do not copy descriptions, product information, or other protected content from third-party sources.
• Ensure all listing information accurately represents the garment you are offering.

2. Authenticity & Counterfeit Goods

Restyle Hub does not permit listings that infringe intellectual property rights or misrepresent branded products.

• Counterfeit, replica, or fake branded products are strictly prohibited.
• You may not use registered trademarks in a misleading manner.
• Listings found to infringe intellectual property rights may be removed immediately.

3. Reporting Intellectual Property Infringement

If you are a copyright owner, brand representative, or trademark holder and believe that content on Restyle Hub infringes your intellectual property rights, please submit a complaint to our support team with the following information:

1. Your full name and contact information.
2. Proof that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on behalf of the intellectual property owner.
3. The direct URL or title of the listing you believe infringes your rights.
4. A description of the copyrighted work or trademark that has been infringed.
5. Any supporting documents that help verify your claim.

4. Review Process

Upon receiving a valid complaint, Restyle Hub will review the reported content promptly and may:

• Review the reported listing and supporting evidence.
• Request additional information where necessary.
• Remove or disable access to infringing content.
• Notify the listing owner where appropriate.
• Take further action against repeat offenders.
